Peer Review...

Ladies and Gentlemen,

Today, we will do a partner share of your portfolio. This is to make sure that you have some feedback on your work so far, and to make sure that all of your work is visible to your audience.

I've noticed that many students need help with some ideas they can write about on their portfolio pages. You can take a look at my example portfolio for some ideas about what you can write and/or include on each page.

Make sure you do the following:

1. Get a partner

2. View their portfolio using the link on the Portfolio Page. This will make sure that the link is listed correctly and working. If the link is broken or missing, let me know and I will help.

3. Go through each page and help them make it better! Please make sure each thing they've shared is shared correctly, so guests can view it. Help your partner make sure that the Music, Math and Technology pages have at least one complete entry.

4. Once both portfolios have complete Music, Math and Technology pages, show an adult and go ahead and make a choice from the blog.

Remember, a finished portfolio entry has:

Writing: Your writing about what you are learning. Write about your strengths and next steps. Write about what you are learning and why it is important or interesting. Again, check my example portfolio for some ideas.

Evidence: This might be something you've inserted from your Google Drive, it might be a screenshot, or it could even be a screencast. It is a visual representation of your work. Please make sure it is shared correctly (Public - Anyone can view!)

A Link: A link to the main page - not to your work - just to the home page of the tool you used. This is so others can try the tool.

I'm super excited to share some of your work. This weekend, I'll be sharing your art and music pages in San Diego, California so let me know if you have (or see!) any really great examples specifically for music or art. One quick thing you can do to help your music page is insert your Goal Document, like this!
